Priprava
- Priprava: Meso operite in osušite s papirnato brisačo.
- Natrite s soljo, poprom in mletim česnom. Meso premažite z mešanico olja, medu in polnozrnate gorčice ter zavijte v prozorno folijo. Marinirajte v hladilniku vsaj 3 ure.
- Half an hour before cooking, remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature.
- Place it onto a greased baking equipment and place it in the oven.
- After cooking, cover the meat with aluminium foil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
